01 / HPLC PURITY
Reverse-phase HPLC
Each lot runs a C18 reverse-phase gradient (0.1% TFA water/acetonitrile, UV 220 nm). The main peak's area against total peak area is the purity figure printed on the COA — we release nothing under 99%.
02 / MS IDENTITY
Mass spec identity
ESI-MS confirms the observed molecular mass matches the theoretical mass of the sequence. Purity says how clean it is; identity proves it is what the label says.
03 / COA PER LOT
One COA per lot
Results are issued per manufacturing lot, not per product. The lot number on your vial's label maps to exactly one certificate — look it up below any time.
