1. Research use only

Every product sold by Elevate Labs is a laboratory research chemical. Products are sold exclusively for in-vitro research and laboratory experimentation by qualified professionals. They are not food, drugs, cosmetics, or dietary supplements, and they are not for human or veterinary use of any kind — including ingestion, injection, topical application, or any other route of administration.

By placing an order you represent that you are at least 21 years of age, that you are purchasing on behalf of a laboratory or research context, and that materials will be handled by individuals trained in safe laboratory practice.

2. No medical claims

Nothing on this site is medical advice, and nothing on this site should be read as a claim that any product diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents any disease or condition. Descriptions reference published research literature for scientific context only; they describe the state of research, not approved uses. No statement on this site has been evaluated by the FDA.

3. Ordering and attestation

Checkout requires an affirmative research-use attestation, which is recorded with your order. We refuse and refund any order we reasonably believe is intended for human consumption, resale into consumer channels, or any unlawful purpose, and we may decline future orders at our discretion.

4. Limitation of liability

Products are provided as-is for research. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elevate Labs disclaims all warranties beyond the certificate of analysis supplied with each lot, and is not liable for misuse, improper handling, storage failures after delivery, or any indirect or consequential damages. Your sole remedy for a non-conforming product is replacement or refund of the purchase price.

5. Account and conduct

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and the security of your credentials. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the seller's jurisdiction; changes take effect when posted to this page.
