Privacy policy

1. What we collect

Account details you give us (name, email, password hash), order records (items, amounts, shipping details handled by our payment processor), messages you send through the contact form, and email addresses you submit for restock or newsletter notifications.

We run privacy-friendly first-party analytics: aggregate page-view counts by day, with no cross-site tracking, no advertising identifiers, and no sale of data. Client error reports (message and page) are logged so we can fix breakage.

2. Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number never touches our servers; we store only the order reference, amount, and payment status Stripe reports back.

3. How we use it

To fulfil orders, provide order history, answer messages, send notifications you asked for, and keep the store working. We do not sell or share personal data with advertisers. Service providers (payment, hosting, email delivery) receive only what they need to perform their function.

4. Retention and your choices

Order records are retained as required for tax and compliance. You can unsubscribe from any notification list at any time, and you can email us to request deletion of your account and any data not legally required to be kept.
